Our Workplace Wellness



Penpa Dolma fled her home country of Tibet as a child for the purpose of seeking refuge. Then, she lived in India for many years. Ultimately, she moved to the United States where she now resides.

Above all, Penpa’s goal as an Innovative Yogi is to facilitate a transformative practice of self-inquiry. She aspires to do this through yoga, meditation, and medicinal plant journeys.


Brett grew up in Boulder, Colorado. There, he was immersed in yoga and meditation practice.

Not only is Brett trained in yoga asana, but also yoga philosophy and the science behind why it all works. Notably, Brett has studied with the Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, Mingyur Rinpoche, Roshi Joan Halifax, and Jon-Kabat-Zinn among other truly exemplary leaders and practitioners.

Are you ready to do the work? we're ready to help. 

We are especially experienced teachers with over 750 hours of yoga & meditation training. Additionally, we've taught hundreds of students in classes, workshops, and private sessions around the world. 

Noteworthy teachers and leading scientists are our guides. We've learned from teachers such as the Dalai Lama, Richard Davidson, Matthieu Ricard, Jon Kabat Zinn, Mingyur Rinpoche, Daniel Goleman, and Desmond Tutu. 

We've collaborated with peacemakers across the globe. In doing so, we've worked alongside grassroots leaders and Nobel Peace Laureates.

Together, we journey into personal healing and evolution.

Our offerings are chiefly guided by yogic insight & meditation practices.

We all have unique gifts to offer. Our life's purpose is to share them generously.


We operate using a Gift Economy Model. Thus, all services are offered as a gift and clients can then make a contribution in any amount if they feel inspired.

We know. It is unfamiliar to sign up for a service with no set price. However, we've intentionally opted out of traditional pricing models. Why? Because we believe generosity is truly the antidote to scarcity.

Rather than offering our services for purchase, we offer them as a gift. We trust our clients will perpetuate the spirit of generosity. They may do so by making a contribution to Innovative Yogis. Or, they may choose to share their time, energy, or funds elsewhere. The bottom line is this: when working with Innovative Yogis, you give what your heart feels is right.
