Yoga

We provide yoga instruction for individuals, groups, events, and in the workplace. Through the gateway of yoga we become acquainted with our breath, body, emotions and mind.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice to become familiar with ones mind and its many mental habits, so the fluctuations don’t unseat us from responding and living sanely.

Soul Work & Decolonization

For those who are ready to confront their shadows, we provide one-on-one guidance on how to break free from the rote emotions and reactions which limit human potential.

We're providing training & resources for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. We use meditative and yogic techniques to develop mindfulness, focus, awareness, and optimal health in all levels of the body.

Experienced teachers with over 750 hours of yoga & meditation training, degrees in psychology, and numerous years of teaching hundreds of students in classes, workshops, and private sessions all around the world. 

A lifetime of studying with embodied teachers and leading scientists, including the Dalai Lama, Richard Davidson, Matthieu Ricard, Jon Kabat Zinn, Mingyur Rinpoche, Daniel Goleman, Desmond Tutu, and more. 

Collaborating with peacemakers across the globe in their local communities, working in service alongside grass roots leaders and Nobel Peace Laureates.

Sharing our journey into personal healing and evolution via shadow work, shamanic plant medicine, and unconditional love, all guided by yogic insight & meditation practices.
