• In Studio Sessions: We have mats, props, and water available on site. Of course, please feel free to bring whatever you want in order to support your practice. 
• Online Sessions: Please join our Zoom Meeting by clicking here - (Meeting ID is 555 236 3840, Password is yogis).
• Pricing: Each session type has a different price, which you can find on the Yoga, Meditation, and Soul Work pages.
• Payments: You may pay at the session with cash, check or credit card, or online via Venmo or PayPal.
• New Students: Please fill out the Intake and Waiver form below before coming to your session (we will have a paper version on site in case you forget).
