Walking the Path

We're so happy that you've found our online home, a space created with an intention to share personal insights and contribute to the collective bank of experience and wisdom on this spiritual path.

Often, this inward journey can be utterly lonely and excruciatingly painful. Finding a kindred spirit on the path, who sees you, meets you, touches and moves your inner being is rare and precious. Finding a Sangha community who knows your ups and downs and supports you along the path is necessary and profoundly helpful through this sacred journey. May you find one here with us.

As Innovative Yogis we wish to share what we know about all the causes and conditions of a fruitful modern embodied yogic path. That means the topics covered will range widely, including meditation, yoga, kriyas, Buddhism, Hinduism, neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, technology, automation, artificial intelligence, health and wellness, shadow work, dharma, self-exploration, contemplation, insights, wisdom traditions and more.

Thank you for joining us on the path. We see you, friend. It's good to be together again and we know we'll talk soon. Until then, may the force be with you!
