Joints are the levers of our body. Healthy joints give leverage in functionality and longevity of our physical health. They allow us to glide through our movements without pain and gives us the capacity to lift weights without injury. They play crucial role in building strength and flexibility and bringing relaxation and calmness in the body. 

 

We’ll be exploring our joints, the role they play in

creating connections, coordinating healthy

movements, and stimulating relaxation. We will also learn how to prevent yoga and movement

injuries.
