Workplace Wellness Makes Your Workplace Somewhere People Want to Be.
It must be remembered that, pursuant to the CDC, workplace wellness programs are “often seen as a central component of an attractive employee compensation and benefits package[.]” They can not only “be used as a recruitment” tool, but also a “retention tool[.]” Thus, workplace wellness programs help “attract and keep high quality employees.”
Workplace Wellness Truly Gives Your Company a Cutting Edge.
The Mayo Clinic reports practicing meditation can improve imagination and creativity. In other words, workplace wellness can give your company a cutting edge by helping employees think outside of the box.
Workplace Wellness Helps Make Logging on for Work a Positive Experience.
Our programming helps create a uniquely positive environment for the entire team. In fact, the Mayo Clinic reports meditation can help individuals build skills to manage stress. Similarly, it can “increas[e] patience and tolerance.” Finally, it can “reduc[e] negative emotions.”
Regardless of where you are in your workplace wellness journey, we’re here for you!
All services are available online, in-office, as well as in-studio.
This service specifically emphasizes the physical postures of yoga. Importantly, these postures will help your team release tension in the body and mind. Further, they will help develop resilience. Finally, they will enable employees to find calm and comfort which persists even if faced with the most stressful situations.
To meditate is to become especially familiar with the mind and its habits. Ultimately, the purpose is to enable us to remain steady despite life’s fluctuations. Especially in the workplace, meditation can lead to decreased stress, greater presence, and, notably, greater productivity. Additionally, meditation enables employees to have more agile responses to whatever challenges may arise.
Innovative Yogis’ mindfulness presentations are truly well-suited for any workplace. The presentations specifically provide an introduction to mindfulness at work and beyond. Attendees not only leave equipped with a greater understanding of the benefits of mindfulness, but also with several surprisingly simple practices to put into immediate use.

We operate using a Gift Economy Model. Thus, all services are offered as a gift and clients can then make a contribution in any amount if they feel inspired.
We know. It is unfamiliar to sign up for a service with no set price. However, we’ve intentionally opted out of traditional pricing models. Why? Because we believe generosity is truly the antidote to scarcity.
Rather than offering our services for purchase, we offer them as a gift. We trust our clients will perpetuate the spirit of generosity. They may do so by making a contribution to Innovative Yogis. Or, they may choose to share their time, energy, or funds elsewhere. The bottom line is this: when working with Innovative Yogis, you give what your heart feels is right.
